I moved to Dallas,Tx. in the earlier 80's,i worked retail selling ladies shoes,'time of my life',met some great friends,and then moved back to St.Louis in 89'.
I re-established myself in my fathers roofing co.,along with my brother,to carry on with our family based business.Along the way,we've had our ups and downs,like any business,but we've been able to maintain as a very small,but reputable family owned and operated roofing company that my brother John and I are very proud of,and so is my father.
My only hope is that my brother and I can live up to the same standards of integrity and honesty that my father instilled into this business back in 1956.My goal,is to do exactly that.
Over the years,i have been very blessed to have my family and friends,and to be part of the things and experiences that have made me who I am today.Life is too short,take the time to really appreciate it,be the friend you know you can be,be thankful for what God has provided for you,this is how i have tried to live my life,and i have no regrets.
This 30 year reunion has been a very good thing,I have had the opportunity to get to know some of you better,hats off to the entire reunion committee,a special thanks to Andy,your input for some of the questions that i had are greatly appreciated,I'm glad to call you my friend!
I have posted some photos that were taken from my camera,i wished that i had taken more,but i did manage to get a few really good ones,i hope you enjoy these as much as i do!Thanks again everyone! |
