Clayton High School

I live on a farm on the Huzzah Creek in the national forest, which I enjoy with my family and friends. Some of my earliest memories are of hot Steelville summers. Back then, we’d talk and dream of our lives' ahead. And, being a “country lawyer” was always in the mix. The people of Crawford County have been very good to me, and I try to repay that kindness through service to the community as a volunteer firefighter.

The update on the folks: My dad, Aaron, still goes to work every day at the VA hospital in St. Louis, helping veterans. My mom, Bonnie, retired from teaching and now is busy singing & tap dancing in, oh too often, senior musical revues.

Older brother Brad serves the U.S. Navy as a Captain. He lives in Clayton and works as a doctor. He and his wife Moira have three children. My older sister Robin studied fine arts and works as an artist and school teacher in California. She and her husband Ken, also a successful artist, have two children. My younger sister Lori became a neuroscientist and researcher. Her husband Claude is also a researcher. They live in Toronto and have two children.
